School provides daily printed innovative assignments in all subjects (classes I-X) to promote critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and improve comprehension skills, language skills and nurture independent self-learners.
We give due importance to class libraries as we believe that it enables the students develop the joy of reading in this age where the habit of reading is diminishing. It also improves their vocabulary and comprehension skills. The books issued are graded so as to cater to the understanding level of the students. Class teachers concerned are entrusted with class libraries. Students are divided into small groups and class teacher ensures that each child reads a particular book within a stipulated time. The students are then made to present a book review. The best book reviews of each class will be rewarded.
Class assemblies are conducted twice a week. The respective class teachers monitor the activities. These class assemblies provide challenging opportunities for our student to shed their stage fear and come up with a wide range of activities which showcase their hidden potential and talents. The students gain confidence to perform perfectly for general assembly when their turn comes.
